The Word of God: Salvation is by Promise

Isaac was the Child of promise, and he is afore shadowing of Christ Jesus.  Abraham had many seeds,[Children], but only one by Promise. God promised Abraham and Sarah a son. And when all of this happen, they were too old to have children. The LORD to fulfill His promise, their youth was restored by God. Genesis 12:1-7, He was 75,[12:4] When God promised a seed i.e. V7, And the LORD appeared unto Abram, and said, Unto thy seed will I give this land: and there builded he an altar unto the LORD, who appeared unto him. Abraham and Sarah believe the promise of a seed but they believed the LORD needed their help, Genesis 15:2 and 16:1-4. And when Abraham was a hundred and Sarah ninety, they had a son, Genisis 17:15-22 … Confirmed again in Gen. 21:1-8.
