Neither Do I Condemn Thee
Two things in which there is a grave misunderstanding about, and that is the way of Everlasting Life and our Saviour’s expectation concerning our life after salvation. How is a person saved and how shall one live after being saved? John 3:17-19, For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
Romans 5:12 lays out the condition of all: Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: Sin entered the world by Adam, and death by sin … and death passed upon all … for that all have sinned. We are not guilty because of Adam’s sin … we are guilty because we sinned. You are not guilty untill you sin. The unborn child that dies is not guilty … the one who dies before the age of accountability is not guilty … the one who is handicapped mentally and not responsible is not guilty. You become guilty when you sin. The Bible is very plain Romans 3:10 -19; 3:23
