We are going to pick up our study with Genesis 3

,Gen 3:14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: 

Gen 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. 

it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. It {H1931} refers to a name, a Person, as it is used in other places in the O.T. We find in the N.T. Gal 4:4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law . Also we find in Rev. 12:9 That this serpent is more than a talking snake, Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. 

[ I understand the progeny that is also within the prophecy, and I also believe that the seed refers to He, Himself, The Son of God being the seed]
