The Promise was thru Isaac But The Seed Is Christ Jesus

The term inheritance is used is sometimes in the N.T to describe that which all believers have: eternal life, justification, entrance into the kingdom, sonship, things that are automatic with the New Birth. Sometimes referred too,  as passive inheritance.

In other places it is refers too only overcomers, faithful believers and the rewards they will receive at the JSOC … It is sometimes referred to as active inheritance. We as believers are to walk in the Spirit and not in the flesh. Walking in the flesh brings blessing now, and blessing at the JSOC. Living in the flesh, bring judgement, now and an unfavorable review from Christ at the JSOC. Gal. 5:16-21.
