2Pe 3:14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless. ]

The Day of the LORD will not come as a thief in the night, if you are expecting Him! The rapture is designed by the LORD to comfort the Church, comfort one another with these words , 1 Thess. 4:18.

Before the fall Adam and Eve, people were incapable of dying, and after the fall death enter the world, and the N.T. says, and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: 

Every person needs to prepare to meet the LORD … that is by death or the rapture. We live in light of the rapture … Just as we live in light of death … The point being is to be ready.

The rapture is a promise made to the Church to escape the Tribulation, 1 Thess. 1:10, And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.
